What are the delivery times and rates?
We can deliver your order by Standard Delivery for £5 or Express Delivery for £15 per address. Delivery is complimentary for orders over £500 to one address.
Please place your order by Thursday 20th December for delivery in time for Christmas.
Please place your order by Friday 21st December 1:30pm selecting express shipping for delivery in time for Christmas.
Please allow 3 working days for Standard Delivery. Express Delivery orders placed by 1.30pm Monday-Thursday will arrive the next working day, excluding Saturdays and Bank Holidays. If you have placed a special order this may take longer.
Please allow an additional 5 working days for delivery of standard engraved items and an extra 10 working days for hand engraved and monogrammed items. Please place your engraving orders by Sunday 16th December for delivery in time for Christmas.
Currently we are only able to accept on-line orders to addresses within the United Kingdom. To inquire about deliveries to addresses outside of the United Kingdom, including the Channel Islands, or to check the status of an order, please contact our Personal Shopping team on 0800 160 1837. Our team is available Monday to Saturday 09:00 - 18:00; closed Sundays and public holidays.
Tiffany & Co. offers complimentary shipping for any item that you'd like to return. Simply visit Returns to print out a shipping label. Then arrange a collection or drop off your package at the nearest UPS location. Refunds will be issued to the original form of tender and processed within 14 days of return.
Purchases made in store, on Tiffany.co.uk or over the phone between 1 November – 14 December 2018 will benefit from an extended return policy. Purchases made within this timeframe can be returned, in line with our policy, until 14 January 2019. Purchases made after 14 December 2018 will carry a standard 30 days return policy unless stated otherwise.
Alternatively merchandise will be accepted at selected Tiffany & Co. locations in London, United Kingdom: Old Bond Street, Royal Exchange, Canary Wharf, Sloane Street and Westfield. Merchandise will be available for refund or exchange (excluding any shipping charges) providing it is returned in the same saleable condition as when purchased, within 30 days of the date of purchase and if accompanied by the original sales receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original form of tender and will be processed within 14 days of the return.
Kindly note that Tiffany does not accept exchanges or refunds on any fragrance sale or engraved and customised pieces. Tiffany fragrances are delivered in the packaging pictured on our site, not in our signature blue box.
